Dopple-Pacific Clinics Head Start Pilot Terms of Service Effective Date: September 1, 2025.
Welcome to the Dopple-Pacific Clinics Head Start Pilot Program (the "Program"). By participating in this pilot, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

‍1. Overview
‍The Program is designed to test new features and gather participant feedback. As a participant, you will receive matching contributions based on contributions toward qualifying products and services on your Wishlist in exchange for active participation and feedback.

‍2. Eligibility
‍Participation is by invitation only. You must be at least 18 years old and a registered Dopple account holder. Dopple may limit, suspend, or end participation at any time.

‍3. Participant Responsibilities
‍Create a Dopple account and accept these Terms.Build a Wishlist including required categories (e.g., fresh food boxes, clothes, college savings) and any additional items you wish. Share your Wishlist and participate in feedback (surveys, calls, interviews).

‍4. Matching Contributions
‍Matching provided by Dopple and Dopple Community Gifting for qualifying categories (food boxes, clothing, college savings). Non‑qualifying categories (e.g., toys, baby gear, and services not named) will not be matched. Food boxes: up to $150/month for up to 12 months; Pacific Clinics will match $50/month per family. Bonus: earn up to $600 in matches at a 3:1 ratio once $200 is contributed to clothing subscription or college savings; Dopple may disburse evenly over 90 days if funded up front.

‍5. Feedback Participation Requirements
‍Minimum of 2 surveys and 1 interview/Zoom/feedback call. Rewards may be provided for feedback. Non‑participation may end eligibility after the 120‑day pilot period.

‍6. Pilot Limitations
‍Features may change without notice. No guarantee of permanent access to pilot data. Matching is capped and may vary at Dopple's discretion.

‍7. Privacy & Data Use
‍Dopple may collect usage data, feedback, and survey responses. Data will be confidential during the pilot and handled per Privacy Policy. Consent to the use of anonymized data for research, reporting, and promotion.

‍8. Disclaimers & Liability
‍Program provided "as is." Not responsible for technical errors or third‑party issues. Matching not redeemable for cash.

‍9. Termination
‍You may withdraw at any time; Dopple may modify/suspend/discontinue at its discretion.

‍10. Governing Law
‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
